The Land
Whether you own land or are looking at a piece of property, it is imperative you have a site analysis done before the building process begins. Site Improvements
Based on the results from the free Site Cost Analysis, we will establish an estimated budget for those items that are required to make the land buildable. Site improvements include elements such as: well and septic systems, tree removal, step down foundations, grading, driveways, landscaping, permits and administrative fees.
The Home
Davis Homes offers numerous unique floor plan collections for every taste and price range. You can customize a plan to make it your own by adding a basement, a sunroom or even another full bathroom. If you have already purchased plans or designed a home, we will review those plans and provide a cost for construction.
