Expanding Horizons: Homebuilding Redefined
The Davis family has been building homes throughout central Indiana for more than 60 years, creating more than 20,000 homes for Hoosiers. Today, Regal Custom Homes is owned and run by Brad Davis, the third generation of Davis-family builders to commit to the legacy of quality, commitment and family values started in 1949. The Davis motto is “Our family building your family’s dreams.” Our deep roots remind us that all homes should be built to last as long as the families who live in them, and we are incredibly proud to be Central Indiana’s largest On Your Lot home builder.
Recognizing the evolving desires and sophisticated tastes of modern homeowners, Davis Homes is embarking on an exciting new venture by establishing a custom homebuilding division. This initiative stems from our commitment to cater to discerning clients who seek a personalized approach to homebuilding, where every detail aligns with their unique vision and lifestyle. By leveraging our extensive experience and trusted reputation in the traditional homebuilding sector, we are poised to deliver bespoke residences that not only meet but exceed our clients’ expectations. This strategic expansion allows us to offer unparalleled flexibility, creativity, and customization, ensuring that each home we build is a true reflection of its owner’s individuality and aspirations.
